  3. Your information is never shared with third parties except for shipping companies or payment gateways required to complete your order.

  5. You may contact us at any time to request an update or modification of your personal information.


Delivery

  • At Private Abaya, we offer worldwide shipping through our official partner, Premium Express Delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the season and typically range from 1 to 3 weeks inside and outside Kuwait.
  • Ready-made pieces are delivered within 3 to 5 business days inside and outside Kuwait.

Payment Methods

  • All orders inside and outside Kuwait require full payment (100%) in advance.

Exchange & Return Policy

All Private Abaya pieces are tailored specifically based on the customer’s measurements; therefore, returns are not accepted except in the cases listed below.

  • If there is a size error caused by Private Abaya, we will make all necessary adjustments free of charge after the item is shipped back to our main branch.
  • If the sizing issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, additional fees will apply:
    • 3 KWD for delivery
    • 10 KWD for adjustments
  • No cash refunds are provided. Only adjustments or exchange are offered based on the terms.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the Private Abaya brand tag attached.
  • Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
  • Any item that does not comply with the return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For online payments, order cancellation and refund are only possible if requested within 24 hours from the time of payment.
